How to Return Your Order

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at support@bluesp5der.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
