At Blue Sp5der, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any reason.
Return Eligibility
Items We Accept for Return
- All Blue Sp5der hoodies, shirts, and tracksuits in original condition
- Items with original tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed merchandise
- Products in original packaging
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance (marked as non-returnable)
- Products returned after 30 days
How to Return Your Order
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at support@bluesp5der.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval (optional)
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help!
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Follow the same return process and indicate you'd like an exchange
- We'll ship your replacement item free of charge once we receive your return
- If the requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you
- No need to return the damaged item
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Any customs fees or duties incurred during return are the customer's responsibility
- Refund processing may take an additional 5-7 business days
